SOS - Satellite Office Services, LLC is a fully licensed and IATA accredited travel agency. We operate as independent contractors within a larger agency which generates hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales.
We are an entirely autonomous company that operates independently from the larger agency. This arrangement provides the best possible service for our clients. SOS does not have to meet any quotas, has no obligations or company-wide policies that require or encourage bookings with any specific providers, and we don't report to anyone -- meaning we can always look out for our clients' best interests and find you the best possible deals.
At the same time, we have access to a vast support network that many other independent agencies lack, and we are able to leverage the resources and buying power of the larger agency, including negotiated pricing or preferred rates with certain travel providers.

We have worked as a travel agent on tours of all sizes - from the largest stadium tours with over 200 personnel, to club and promotional tours with under 15 personnel on the road.

In addition to tours, SOS provides travel services for a variety of special event companies and some of the world's preeminent production vendors for situations where they are booking their own travel.
