U.S. Visa Services
While SOS is intimately familiar with the requirements for the most common categories of work visas for entertainment/performers (O / P visas) entering the United States, for liability reasons it is generally our policy not to directly file these petitions with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Our preferred arrangement is to work with an immigration attorney to help coordinate and file your petition - particularly for tours or events where the primary artist / band member is not a US citizen.
Please contact us if you need a referral for an attorney specializing in immigration issues for the entertainment industry. We have close working relationships with some of the top attorneys in the field.
If you have an existing relationship with an attorney or other non-attorney visa service in place, we are happy to work with your existing vendors to provide additional support.
We have experience coordinating U.S. visa appointments worldwide (for individuals or groups) and in many cases can offer assistance in expediting interview appointments. We can also assist with guiding your visa applicants through the DS-160 form and ensuring that your staff have the appropriate supporting materials for their visa interviews.
